You've reached a page on the Ren'Py wiki. Due to massive spam, the wiki hasn't been updated in over 5 years, and much of the information here is very out of date. We've kept it because some of it is of historic interest, but all the information relevant to modern versions of Ren'Py has been moved elsewhere.

This page contains the scripts for the NaNoReNo2007 game Eidolon.
These scripts will not compile properly without heavy editing, as all of the resources are missing. You can download the full game at its wiki page to see it in action.
The scripts are fairly well commented, and should (hopefully!) be useful. Don't be overwhelmed by the quirky structure if you're new to programming! One of the nicest things about Ren'Py is that there's always more than one 'right' way to accomplish any goal.
You are free to study, copy, modify or otherwise use the code presented below in whatever way you see fit, but please don't reuse the characters and text substantially without permission.
Files are in .txt format so they will display properly inline. Please rename the extensions of any downloaded scripts to .rpy so your text editor can color-code them properly.
